What is Bilona Method?

The Bilona method is a traditional technique used in India for making ghee, particularly valued for preserving the nutritional and medicinal qualities of the ghee. This age-old process is time consuming but results in a superior quality product, often sought after for its health benefits and purity. In this method crafts ghee from A2 Gir Cow milk. Initially, the milk is boiled, then cooled to room temperature. A dollop of curd is mixed into this milk, which is then left to ferment overnight.
